The purpose of this blog is to keep you (my friends, family, associates, acquaintances, etc.) up to date on the "goings on" of my life throughout my stay in Washington.

Since so many of you will be curious, and I have a limited time, I've decided to keep this blog up to date to help keep you up to date, similar to the "From Washington" e-mails I sent during my last trip.

So check back often, because the blog will update frequently. Sometimes the posts will be private, limited to people I know. Others will be public. Still, I encourage you to create a user account so that you can add comments of encouragement, as well as read private posts.
